Kerry's offer of nuclear fuel is a joke, a very bad one, particularly in a region in which perceptions have to be managed as closely as they are in the ME. We give the Mad Mullahs nuclear fuel and they will laugh harder than they ever have. Not if it's fuel for a pebble-bed reactor .. Triff ..
