Kerry is in stronger position than Bush because of turn-out potential. Turn-out will be the whole ballgame. A big chunk of Kerry's new support is amongst unpollable young people. So add 3-4% to Kerry's numbers in states with high voter turnout campaigns amongst the young and minorities.
