are you really serious ? what if I walk in and place an empty ballot - done this before - how can they know who placed the empty ballot? It such a disgrace that people are still applauding Bill Clinton a president who faced so many scandals starting with Foster's death / or murder… endless accusation of sexual harassment and abuse …….and so many more
