Perhaps FBI agents who conspire with outsiders to violate classified government databases are considered more suspect if they conspire with the wrong non-cleared outsiders, from the wrong ethnic group. Or maybe not. Maybe someone is throwing up a smokescreen in front of the central issue in this case, conspiring with federal agents to violate classified government databases.
