To me, your post comes across as contradictory.

You offer "bellyaching politicians" of other democracies and the need to salvage your president (country) from failed foreign and domestic policies (war and US economy).

What are you saying? The other countries were wrong and the US was wrong? You don't like other countries path and you don't like the US path.

That would make you an equal opportunity despiser. <gg>
