There was no Clinton recession. It started on Bush's watch in March 2001. Next quarter we have have the 2nd Bush recession.

Bush has had the worst jobs record in 72 years despite the biggest spending/deficit spending in history. So where did all the money go?

To to rich and big corporate cronies.
