Thirty odd tons of HMX were reported missing before the war. I haven't been able to find a story that these other explosives were missing, but I do recall lots of stories that weapons were missing.

Did find a 2003 story in the NYTimes that says HMX could be used to set off atomic bombs. That does suggest WMD. Heck, all by itself HMX is pretty bad stuff if you have a detonator.

We need the Pajamahideen to work on this one.
