Kelly, the RMBS technology is real and it is good. But it seems unlikely to me that there will be earnings sufficient to support the current stock price. But keep in mind that under the "new paradigm" that a company with small, but rapidly growing earnings will be valued higher than a company with much larger but flat earnings. I have tried to short RMBS but good not find shares.
