Roger and all- AND: was thinking about shorting AND but decided not to for a couple reasons. 1) The market cap is still relatively low (App. 125 million, I believe) and I see more upside even though it may be overvalued. A good example of this is DDIM pre split. 2) Their product seems to have a monopoly in the voice recognition software area. You know of my personal interest in this area and I notice all the major players: Kurzweil, IBM and Dragon seem to be using Andrea exclusively, even promoting the "inclusion of an Andrea noise cancelling microphone). IBM is also packaging it with their 56K internal modem kit according to a favorable modem review I just read. Though this business is not enough to justify the price it could sustain the hype. 3) If it gets to 50, they might try splitting the stock.

#2 is my most important concern.
