A group of people including myself looked at a TLC business plan about 18 months ago. We were interested in funding it. TLC was most emphatic we took care of his prior investors; one of whom was you. We were going to offer you shares for debt. Unfortunately at that time it was hard to get investors interested in funding internet projects.

You lost your money in a legitimate venture Michal. You're an intelligent guy. You thought it was a good enough venture to invest $30,000 in. Why are you complaining now? As for that other venture you mention with all the warrants. That was a fully registered deal with all its filings available on Edgar. In fact you got back 90% of your investment.

I don't understand your bitching. It seems rather childish to me.
