I already told you. A group of us were doing due diligence on TLC's business plan. As part of the process TLC provided us with a list of creditors. You being one of them. We were trying to determine the best way to convert the debt into equity. Unfortunately the project never got off the ground due to lack of investor interest in anything related to the internet at that time.

I once loaded TLC $500 which he repaid the following month.
