To Sam,

I've been a shareholder of AMS long before Mr Doppler became President.I know of Mr Doppler from his company Balfour Holdings which was one of the largest consulting firms to the mining industry.Mr Dopplers backround and his ability to seek out major mining acquisitions are almost(95%)impeccable and that is why I invested in AMS.

I know Mr Doppler and have been helping AMS get thru this rough time in the markets.Mr Mike Skopos has joined the board of AMS because he knows Mr Dopplers backround and the potential of the companies properties.Having Mr Skopos on board brings alot of credibility and a tremendous wealth of knowledge to the company.

The stock has been moving up and the closer we get to the closing(if it happens)of IBK financing and the more news comes out from AMS the higher it might rise.
