James, I don't know about how other states handle their voting machines, but am well versed in how they are handled in Florida. The votes are cast in a plastic card, with a chip sealed inside of it. Afer voting, the voter puts that card in a locked box. From there, the box, with all of the cards, are taken, under guard, to the Supervisor of Elections for the county. Only he has the key to use on the tally of the ballots, and is monitored by selected members of all of the political parties involved.

What happens in other states, is their business, but the Pentagon has nothing to do with Florida ballots, and I seriously doubt that they do in any other state. You are prone to believing fairy tales.

Posting anything about elections to me, is now like you spitting into the wind to get your face wet. My, and Colleen's, votes were cast today, so save your breath.
