Once the US landed, how do you suppose that 40 semi-tractor-trailers loaded to the brim with explosives could have sneaked across the border? Unless, as Kerry suggests, our military was brain dead.

Because, ain't no f'ing way 300 tons of explosives were casually looted by Tom, Dick, and Mustapha using shopping carts or backpacks.
