Er... one to two day old fertilized ovum don't have any 'limbs' of any sort --- nor even differentiated cells.

In fact, they don't even have to be inside a woman's body, nor do they even need sperm cells to have 'fertilized' them... transplanted nuclei from other egg cells, or from such adult cells as skin cells will accomplish the task.
