Carbon markets : So if I run a multinational corporation, I can ramp down my plant in Europe, move some the production to the US and some to "developing countires", and sell my carbon credits ?

Then I raise the transfer price on sub assemblies I make in a low tax country, so that I lower my profits in Europe, and avoid pay tax on the carbon tax money.

A business and job exporting machine.

Got to hand it to the Europeans: Not even Don Rumsfeld could have come up with such a good way to screw over "Old Europe"
