Cheney is saying that Kerry is being an "arm-chair general" when he criticizes the Bush administration of failing to prevent the theft 300+ tons of high explosive in Iraq... Geez, and I was thinking that Big-Mouth-Little-Dick Cheney had dodged the draft to escape Vietnam because he had better things to do! Am I wrong??!! Was Little Dick actually a courageous General in the jungles of Vietnam??!!
