Missing explosives: Nearly 380 tons of conventional high explosives have disappeared from an Iraqi weapons facility near Baghdad.

Time to state the obvious:

+ Before US orders weapons inspectors and UN out of Iraq, explosives "safe" and location known.

- Who knows when exactly the high explosives disappeared; exactly when is irrelevant in the big picture. All that is known for sure is that they disappeared *after* weapons inspectors - UNMOVIC and IAEA - were ordered out of Iraq by the US, since Bush wanted to start the war right away to make everyone "safer".

= CONCLUSION: Weapons inspection and containment were working.
