I'm watching "The Biggest Loser" on TV...it is about these really heavy people who diet exercise and use wraps to lose weight as a team.. It is amazing how little weight most of them have lost the second week. Okay now about our diet...Robyn wants to join our group...we have to set up a weigh in and stuff..naw. Just set up our diet and exercise.
