having been very successful in owning documentum (dctm), the clear
industry leader for document management, I am now looking at docsf. I
don't think it will topple dctm anytime soon, but it now appears to be
undervalued.

here's what I have been telling some friends:

A terrific value/growth situation: docsf

in the most recent q announced:

(in canadian dollars; 72 cents/$US)
current assets: 132.5m
current liab: 27
shares Outst: 20.6

net working cap per share: (132.5 minus 27 = 105.5/27) $5.12/share, or
$3.68 US

stockholder's equity (book value) : $162.4 divided by 20.6 =
$7.88/share, or $5.67 US.

stock is now selling for $6; cagr for industry is 75% ++
