Tell it to the activist judges who decided flag burning was a form of free speech You are missing a major distinction. Flag burners are regular citizens and their speech is protected. It is also protected for a citizen to walk around with a cross, or the ten commandments, or a swastika. The limits are placed on the display of these images by the public institutions, that is to say by the government itself. TP
