SF, thanks for the FancyFact ... I've been curious about actual insider transaction numbers. Thanks for your research ... another piece of the puzzle ... hmmmm ... It does seem there should be considerable insider buying going on IF there is a lucractive "buyout/merger/acquisition/blah-blah-blah" (whatever you want to call it) in the works. No??? CW
