I *did* read your posts to Michal, the ones where you assured Michal that he actually did get back his money. Which, he didn't. Obviously, TLC misled you on that.

You haven't been any of our shoes on this, the basis of my "necessary experience" comment. Instead of capping on me, maybe you could lurk for awhile and figure out what's been going on here.
