Amy, forgive me. I should have just mentioned the third alternative to Brushwud, rather than assume that you only want to spend other people's money.

But my other point still stands, that if Prop. 63 passes (and it probably will), rich Californians will then become easy targets for future propositions. 1% here, 1% there, who cares, as long as it's paying for a good cause? Those making a million a year can easily afford it, can they not?

Obviously after a few more of these propositions pass, we'll get to the law of diminishing returns, as fewer millionaires will want to stay here in sunny California. Until then, it's a "limited time offer."
