9/11 should have been stopped by the guy who let five other attacks go unpunished. If Clinton had responded with strength, 9/11 may never have happened. Do you honestly think that spending a million dollars to destroy a defenseless tent is deterrence?

Bush has prevented at least one or two other attacks from happening.
