The government has ample time and resources to infiltrate every organization targeted by the nazi style law enforcement agencies. For example. The Branch Dividians were infiltrated by a government agent. Suppose it were illegal and a violation of individual liberty (not to mention freedom of religion) for any government agent to infiltrate any private organization for the purpose of spying and gathering information before there is any evidence of illegal activity. If that were a law the Branch Dividians would be alive today. It was the government infiltration that lead to a series of events that eventually killed them. Should a government infiltration have to be authorized by a judge the same as a search warrant based on evidence? Is a government infiltration actually a violation of the 4th amendment, the right to protection from illegal search and seizure?

Government and law enforcement need more restraints placed on them by law, not less as has been happening since 9-11.
