It is disheartening to realize that I sometimes wear clothes older than the students I'm accompanying.

And when I meet their parents and realize that I could be the mother of their mothers, well, that is depressing, too.

And when I said to one precious girl, I wish I could fix you up with my younger son, she said her mother would never let her go out with someone that old, and I felt like the mother of a dirty old man. Or a dirty old woman myself.

We'll be in your fair city this weekend. Ammo's play opens Thurs. This is the infamous NUDE SCENE play. We are still not certain what to expect, but I understand it's sold out, which worries us.
When I asked how the show was going, he said it was the best work he's done. I do hope he means in terms of character development and acting. I didn't have the guts to pursue it.
