FDR initiated action against Germany BEFORE AND AFTER Germany bombed Pearl Harbor. Oh, wait a minute. Germany didn't bomb Pearl Harbor, did it? Oh, yes. It was Japan. We attacked the wrong country.

Germany didn't attack us. Hitler wasn't a threat to us at all, let alone an imminent threat. FDR initiated offensive military action against a non-threatening nation that never attacked us. Look at all the men who died in Europe, for nothing. We should have simply dealt with Hitler as a law enforcement issue. Yeah, that's the ticket.

At least Bush made a case that Saddam was a threat.

Oh, and what about Kosovo? Was Milosevic a threat to us? I don't recall hearing about Milosevic bombing us or threatening us, do you?
