Yea, that's the guy, James Carville.

Talk about a Dead Man Walking. Carville joined Kerry so that he would not be alone when passing the Democratic graveyard. Kerry's whistle is likely to wake up a few Ghosts who also had delusions of being elected to the Oval Office.
