I clearly did not say that the reasons "were not for the public" in the sense that the public could not understand them. I said that "they could not be articulated in public," something far different.

If you read the rest of my stuff, you'll know why I don't think they could be articulated.

Enough.

I don't plan on being cross-examined on what I meant when my meaning can be discerned by reading a series of posts which I took some time to prepare. These are boring games which I don't have the time or the inclination to pursue.
