why wouldn't plans be drawned.. we have kerry saying we went to war without plans. pentagon has war plans for every situation. I expect to move the machinery, people , support, systems etc you need to set up critical paths . How else do you put the plan into effect unless you share the plan with other countries who are going with you.

O'Reilly has mentioned suit... scandal? is questionable. Personally i think he is a jerk who like chris matthews rate very low on my list of commentators.
