Ever watch the business ethics of a company like Nokia from Finland or Ericsson from Sweden? Their professional ethics are the worst on the planet. Their vendor financing activiites are the most dubious business practice I have ever witnessed. Maybe the rankings are so high for these countries because they do not have laws against bribery. The GSM cabal was the closest thing to a legal cartel in the telecom equipment industry. It was a beautiful thing watching Qualcomm ripping the Euro cabal to pieces.
