I wanted to make a comment about the ongoing dialog on Raging Bull concerning shares and the trading volume in FPDI.
Let me make this 100% clear, there hasn't been a single comment regarding FPDI's float/trading on RB, that came from anyone who is being truthful about this subject.
Not one post that has been even marginally correct.
As of tonight I've decided there is nothing to be learned from those posting there, and I've removed my book mark. If someone who knows me sees something I should know about, send it along via PM, otherwise ( kerplop).
Here is the volume today in SIRI 66,305,100 this is against a 1.2 billion share float. FPDI's float is <than 10% of Siri....so one could reasonably posit that FPDI volume should cycle at a bit less than 10% of Siris, over a given time line. Thinking this would be demonstrating marginal awareness of float dispersion.
That it never does, must lead you to some other conclusion.
Normally I would not use this kind of analogy, because correlations across different species are usually worth very little, but this is the world of the market, where all floats are owned by finite classes of owners, without respect to any other factors.
These classes of owners Always manifest behavior patterns, associated with their respective sub class, which translates into market data.
Those @ RB suggesting this or that regarding FPDI trading have not got a clue or if the do they are not being truthful.
I would reduce the entire dialog to PSYOPS. |
