A libel is a false and malicious defamation of another, expressed in print, writing, pictures, or signs, tending to injure the reputation of the person and exposing him to public hatred, contempt, or ridicule. The publication of the libelous matter is essential to recovery.

A libel is published as soon as it is communicated to any person other than the party libeled.


The documentary evidence I provided this thread earlier in the day completely clears TLC of any and all of the libelous charges you and others have posted.

I suggest you either post a retraction or ask S.I. Bob to close down this thread.
