Taikun, I just prowled thru a couple days of columnist commentary over at TheStreet.com, trying to get a better handle on housing. Several guys are making the bearish argument about the builders. But Robert Marcin suggests that housing will merely flatten rather than decline, and that the bigger players will have a chance to consolidate the industry and increase market share. So for now I think I'll just stand aside and watch. -Snow
