LOL. Given his level of English and the name, I doubt if he is American, nor resident in an Anglophone country.

Russian Jewish, uprooted from Eastern Europe and currently living in Israel, would be my guess. Kind of explains his dumb hatred towards Russians and Europeans in general, given the historical context...
