Some Investor Relations Rules. Bad News: Issue Release after the bell on any Thursday or Friday, esp. pre-Labor day weekend (the Street is on vacation)...hope it gets buried and no one knows or cares;. Good News: Before the bell any non-U.S. holiday Monday or Tuesday. Softquad also has no CFO nor head of Investor Relations (not publicly disclosed anyway) ref/Selwyn Wener announcement. Never good.
