Not the reason. I consider the weapons story a non-story. I think what bush said last night was inexcusable. That's if saddam was in power he would be giving these weapons to terrorists. Well because of our failure to fight this insurgency differently once plan a failed, has given non-wmd weapons (whether these or others) to whomever and wherever. Mike
