The talking point memo that Gore handing out to his lawyers in 2000 was despicable. It should have been an affront to every American, who witnessed overseas military members denied their voting rights by high priced lawyers checking for date stamps on postage mailed through the FPO system.

If anyone thinks the military has forgotten about that, they are simply deluding themselves.
