Hi Dave Not British, Canadian, like Lorne, but our liberals are so much in the majority we can only hope that the tide has started to turn here and we're looking for light at the end of the tunnel. I'm hoping that light is fueled by the announced elections in Alberta and the reelection of the Progressive Conservatives with the least taxed provincial government and most likely to stand up for individual rights and responsibility. Despite all the MSM and JK exclamations about the thousand dead soldiers, like our fathers they fought for freedom and some pay the ultimate price. Taking the U.S. to the left could end up like the incidents that are now coming out in Quebec where it has been kept quiet for a year how now up to 600 have died of bacterial infection in the government run, controlled province where it is required that you read labels first in French and I'm not even sure if the English is required. 600 die for nothing in a socialistic hush up versus 1000 dying for freedom while overtaking a despot and starting to turn a muslim country into a democracy, the magnitude of what you're accomplishing is great indeed. My Dad died in '98, he was 86. The day he died we had gone to lunch with 35 of his POW buddies. We stopped off on the way home to look at the lots and streets they had built that backed on to his golf course and wondered how many weeks before we would be out hitting balls. At 85 he played nine holes five times a week. As soon as we got home he had a massive cerebral hemmorage. So, perhaps JK's exploitation of the missing explosives is backfiring on him just like that grenade he launched when he was too close to his target in VN and sustained one of his self-inflicted wounds. This morning he's claiming he will win because the Red Sox won, and by the end of the day he will have spun it so that he gave John Henry a tip in a conversation of a transendental nature and he will be taking credit for that win. :)
