All you gotta do is steam it for 10 minutes and put it in a food processer, add cream or milk, but not too much, salt, pepper, some garlic and voila you got garlic mashed potatoes and a smelly house!! Don't forget to open some windows while you steaming that cauliflower or you might get overcome by the smell!!!
