Yeah, that is why Chinese gov. worried so much about the over-capacity of steel production in China. Since June, the gov. stopped at least 2 big ones from building. Even if the ones China have now are flooding the world market. The positive side maybe it will help to keep inflation of durable goods in bay?

I read an article on Forbes (Oct. 4th issue) that plenty of US companies are now spending big money on raw material storage<g>
