The overseas shipping problems are time and denial of reciept, according to the threads. I know it took 6 weeks to get a USPS parcel from Florida to Hawaii for me a couple of years ago. They are quoting 3-4 months for some South American countries, and people demanding their money back when they don't get it sooner. Since eBay owns Pay-pal, they really push it. But, I am a long way yet from any serious selling. I picked up an Hawaiian guide book for nothing and sold it used on Amazon a couple of years ago. It went so quick I sold several other books I had there.
