Yeah. China definitely is learning from the US now in terms of printing money<g>. Can't beat them then just join them<g>

But due to the fact that bet. 1950 and 1997, China's financial policy had been very tight, only from Asian currency crisis in 1997 and under Zhu Rongji, China started to adopt more printing and high deficit financial policy.

The RMB in circulation is far from enough now. Plenty corrupted officials keep millions of cash (it is very common when a corrupted official got arrested, and searched out a couple of millions Yuan and half million US$ cash in his residence), plus most of regular Chinese also like to keep more cash at home (compared with a regular American).

Besides, what else can China do? since every one else on this planet is printing like there is no tomorrow?
