It's gotta be the candles. Surely agree.

I have thought that if we ever put our house on the market I will have them burning in the kitchen, dining room and any other rooms that it would enhance the house. Read an article on methods to improve your chances of selling and it included candles or baking early in the morning before appointments to prospective buyers would help. It gives them good feelings about the environment of the home it said, even if the house lacked a great floor plan.

If I ever get to build a house, the utility room will be in the bedroom wing. Can't understand why they are by the kitchen or outside in the garage, cause most of the dirty clothes, linens and bath towels come from that area and the only thing other than kitchen towels table cloths, napkins, and aprons come from the kitchen and most now don't even use table cloths like they used. With kids, they always fill up their laundry hampers quickly, so I believe it would be much easier to have them there for convenience and not have to carry the laundry that far. Any thing to save energy for everyone.
