That assumes that Jerry Sanders & Co. tells the real truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in their quarterly report.

If they disguise the problem, they can hope to ride it out until yields/sales improve, in hope of keeping their stock afloat.

If they get caught, the shareholders are used to paying Lerach, LLC in class action suits. This is no skin off Jerry Sanders's Leather-upholstered, chauffeur driven Mercedes Limousine.
