You're right, I had forgotten that detail, though my points on insider trading still stand.

A bit of free legal advice to any of you who are ever interviewed by the FBI. They'll drop in without notice, you'll be totally discombobulated, may not have the presence of mind to call a lawyer, which should always be done.

There will always be two agents, one who talks and another who takes notes. They will not tape-record the interview. Thus, the record of the conversation will be completely dependent on what the note-taker writes. In most instances, the agents will go away if you pull out a tape recorder and ask them if they mind if you record the conversation for your own purposes.
