The only problem I have with that is that Martha is not an average person ("average stock holder"). She is a former broker and the CEO of a publicly traded company, and therefore as a matter of course would be well versed in insider trading rules. Her "spidey sense" should have been ringing big time when she got the call.

Having said that, IMO wasting the time and resources to investigate and prosecute her seems quite insane given there must be much bigger "white collar" crimes which need attention.
