It is a sure thing.. about the election that is. I won't trouble you with all the details but Kerry wins. A large flood of younger and ethnic voters rolls through a number of the key states. Bush/Cheney couldn't overcome the charismatic gap, losing the female and the young. The draft eligible age voters turn their back on Bush. Blacks and Hispanics goes heavily for the Dems.
