Pierre, Your statement: "Difficulties with plates and the press are more frequent in Quick Print shops as opposed to traditional printers. The Bull's rationale on this press was that every Quick print shop would need one or they would perish. That is not happening." Thanks for agreeing with me.... If your correct that any frequent scratching would be from Quick print shops, and that Quick print shops are not a major factor in QMDI ownership, then this indicates the scratching problems are not much of a factor in the 500+ press installs to-date. Appreciate the clarification. Neil
